Track your order online with the Order Confirmation number
When you placed the order in Community Archives you identified an expected closing date. You should check the Order Confirmation email that you received when you placed the order. This email lists the Estimated Closing date that you entered, and it lists the Expected Order Delivery Date.
When payment in advance is required, we will not begin preparing the order until payment has been received. You can self-manage closing information in the online portal (i.e. updating closing dates, confirming when closing has occurred, or if a closing has cancelled)
