Where's My Bill?

I have not received a bill - when will it arrive?

If your association has opted in for EcoBilling, or if your Billing Communication Preference is set to email, then you will receive the 1/1 bill on 12/20 via email only. This will be sent to the email address on file (if no email address is on file then no statement will be sent). Please log in to the Portal to view your Communication Preference and to confirm the email address on file.  

If your billing preference is set to 'paper' AND the association has approved paper bills to be mailed, then you will receive a statement or coupon payment booklet once the assessment has been finalized by the board and the billing schedule has been set up.  

New Owner?  To save yourself time, we encourage you to take advantage of our online self-service tools and resources.  You will not receive a paper bill or coupon payment booklet from the association, reducing waste and unnecessary costs for your association.  

You can conveniently view and print your billing statement (with remittance coupon) in the portal at any time from the Billing Overview tab, click on Download Report and select Statement in the dropdown.

NOTE: if you pay via Auto-Draft (you enrolled in ACH), then you will not receive any bills. Your payment will be drafted from your bank account around the 10th of the month (after the 1/1/ due date). Set it and forget it!

If Eco-Billing is selected – NO paper bills are mailed. An e-Statement will be emailed on the 20th of the month prior to the assessment (which is due on the first of the month). E.g. If an Assessment is due on January 1 the eStatements are sent 12/20.
