When does the Manager make inspections?

The Community Manager will be on property according to the terms and frequency defined in the management contract

The Manager may be on property at different times for activities related to property management functions.  

Days and times for Violation Compliance inspections will vary depending upon weather or other factors.  Open violations are managed according to the association's enforcement policy and may take several months to be resolved, or longer, depending on the nature of the issue, the association's enforcement process and the governing documents.  Enforcement action is carried out per association policy and upon Board directive.

Common area repairs and work done by service providers are monitored and managed by the Community Manager in coordination with the association board and committees.  Work may be delayed when multiple bids are requested or based on budget constraints
