When you purchase a home in an association, the Closing Attorney must complete the resale transaction and send all the documents and payment to the management company. This can take a few weeks, however we know that you are anxious to settle in to your new home!
Submit your information via the online form so that we can provide you with access to amenities or get started with processing your architectural request while we are waiting for the closing papers to be received.
Once the closing documents have been received and processed by CAMS, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for creating your online portal account. Prior to having portal access you may view association documents that are publicly available by entering the association name on the Community Search page of our website.
