You make payment from your own bank’s website. You MUST type your address and association account number in the memo line of the online payment transaction so that posting errors (due to no payment coupon included with your payment) can be reduced |
NOTE: Many banks will mail a check and do not send the funds electronically - this is controlled by the bank and not by CAMS *You must log in to your bank’s website to pay each time, or to start/stop or to change the date or payment amount (if recurring) when the Association changes the assessment amount *Payment may take 3 weeks to post if a check is mailed (see below), or 3-4 days if electronic |
If your bank mails a paper check to the Association's bank, read more HERE
Your bank will withdraw the funds immediately from your bank account however your payment will not reflect on your association ledger until it is received by the association.
